Disabled Access

There are 4 steps into the main entrances of each of the buildings and although we do not have a permanent ramp, a portable ramp is available to allow access. Many of our larger rooms are wheelchair accessible, as is the lift.

Our disabled changing and WC is located on the lower ground floor.
We are unable to accommodate trolleys or beds.

Unfortunately we do not have the facility to store bicycles either on a temporary or permanent basis. Bicycles are left unattended outside the building at the owners risk and cannot be locked or chained to the railings.

Dogs

Please note, we only allow well behaved guide dogs and documented assistance dogs onto the premises with prior permission. Please do ask your practitioner to check with reception prior to confirming your booking and arrival.
